La propiedad se encuentra ubicada un pequeño pueblo de la provincia de Ciudad Real que entra a formar parte de Los Estados del Duque, rodeado de sierras y valles, a 50 Km de la capital. La casa cuenta con 9 habitaciones todas ellas con baño independiente, 8 dobles y 1 doble superior con bañera hidromasaje. Todas las habitaciones disponen de TV, aire acondicionado y calefacción.
 
Dispone de un amplio salon comedor de 80 metros cuadrados (800 pies cuadrados), adaptado con todo tipo de comodidades para el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes. Cocina industrial esta adaptada para cubrir las necesidades durante los días de estancias. Es un inmueble muy especial, mucho mas impresionante si se visita. También podría estar abierto al público muy fácilmente. Otra opción para explotar el restaurante sería alquilarlo y tener un ingreso adicional por el arrendamiento.

Una sola planta con amplios espacios, patio central con techo transparente muy elegante.

La Propiedad esta situada en un enclave de ensueño y  actualmente esta en explotación como casa rural/hotel,. Si el nuevo propietario desea, se puede convertir sin ningún problema en una vivienda familiar.

Tiene una gran cocina equipada con muebles y electrodomésticos profesionales de calidad, un salón con mucho espacio con barra de bar, tiene todos los requisitos para proporcionar un ambiente fantástico.

Uno de ellos es el Parque Nacional de Cabañeros, que cuenta con numerosas especies protegidas donde podrás maravillarte de sus espectaculares paisajes. Otro es el Parque Nacional de las Lagunas de Ruidera, que se encuentra ubicado en el límite de las provincias de Albacete y Ciudad Real. Un de las atracciones es el Corral de Comedias del S. XVI, en la Plaza Mayor, tiene una peculiar arquitectura, sin olvidar la gastronomía de la zona, merece la pena probarla.

El terreno es muy grande y hay espacio de sobre para hacer muchas más instalaciones y edificaciones. La propiedad esta preparada para levantar una planta más y añadir extra cuartos, si hay interés. En el terreno de la finca, también hay espacio suficiente para hacer una piscina, pista de tenis o pádel y dar rienda suelta a la creatividad, porque el espacio lo permite.
